Refund Policy
Digital code products are delivered instantly and cannot be taken back.
1. No Refund
- After a code has been revealed no refund is issued.
- Codes unusable due to wrong region/platform (see Terms of Service).
- Codes used or partly used due to user error.
2. Refund / Replacement
- Ordered but not revealed shortly after purchase (stock reversal).
- If an invalid or already-used code was delivered, a replacement or account balance is provided after verification.
3. Process
- Open a support ticket with your order/product details.
- Our team verifies the code and order (24-48 hours).
- If approved, a replacement or balance is applied.
